Logo preview questions
Does the preview show the exact finished sign?
The preview guides size and placement. Colours, materials and lighting may differ in the finished sign. The 3D slider changes the illustration, not the manufacturing depth.
How accurate are the measurements?
Example walls use an estimated 400 cm width. For your own wall, use a straight-on photo and enter the measured distance between two marked points. Check the actual wall before ordering.
Which logo files can I use in the preview?
Use PNG, JPG or WebP, up to 12 MB. A transparent PNG is useful. Keep your original and any vector artwork for assessing production; the wall preview does not replace the logo file.
What if background removal changes part of my logo?
Check intentional white details and spaces inside letters. Undo restores the original; adjust the removal options or try a transparent logo file.
