7. Payment: Payment for all orders must be made at the time of purchase. We accept payment by Debit or Credit card and Paypal.
   
   
8. Delivery: Delivery will be made to the address specified by you when you place your order. We will use reasonable endeavours to deliver your order within the timeframes stated; however, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. In the event that our couriers are unable to successfully deliver your items due to a third attempt or access problems, your order will be returned to us. Please allow 14 working days for the return process. Upon return, we will contact you to arrange for re-delivery at no extra cost.
   
   
9. Returns and Refunds: Due to the bespoke nature of our signs, returns are not accepted. Once a sign has been approved by proof, it is not eligible for return or refund.
   
   
10. Claims: While we take every precaution to protect your items during transit, breakages may occur. Any breakage in transit will be replaced as quickly as possible at no cost to you. It is important to inspect the delivered sign upon opening the parcel and take pictures of any breakage or dents while still in the packaging. Damages in transit must be reported within five working days of receiving the goods. We will not accept claims for damages once the sign has been installed on the wall.
    
    
11. Cancellation: Cancellation is acceptable before a proof is approved. Once a proof is approved, an order is put into production and cannot be cancelled for personalised items.

13. Variation: We may revise these terms and conditions from time-to-time.
