If you select the raised logo option, a separate 10mm lightweight core and 2mm acrylic face are added above the plaque, creating approximately 36mm total depth across the raised areas.

Yes. Send us your logo or artwork before ordering and we will check whether the design is suitable for UV printing, a raised 3D acrylic-faced logo, or both.
UV printing is usually best for gradients, photographs, fine detail, smaller text and full-colour artwork. A raised 3D acrylic-faced logo works best with bolder lettering and shapes that can be produced strongly at 12mm depth. We will advise if one option is more suitable for your design.
The backing plaque is 24mm deep, made from a 2mm acrylic rear layer, 20mm lightweight core and 2mm acrylic face. With the optional 12mm raised logo fitted, the total depth across the raised areas is approximately 36mm.
Choose width bands up to 30, 60, 90 or 120cm and height bands up to 30, 60 or 85cm. Your finished plaque follows the proportions of your artwork within the selected limits. The maximum finished size is 120 × 85cm.
Gloss gives a brighter, more reflective surface that makes colours feel vivid. Matt has a softer, understated appearance with less reflection. Both use the same layered construction and there is no price difference between them.
UV printing can reproduce full-colour artwork and gradients, using CMYK colour to match your supplied design as closely as possible. Colours can look slightly different on screen and in print. Where a raised logo has printed artwork, its visible acrylic face can carry the colour and detail, while the sides use a suitable solid colour rather than gradients or printed transitions.
No. This plaque is designed for interior use. Its lightweight 3D cores should not be exposed to prolonged moisture, rain or outdoor weather conditions.

Yes. We will send you a digital proof showing the finished dimensions, layout, colours, logo style and front finish. Production begins only after you have approved it.
Production normally takes approximately 5–7 working days after your digital proof has been approved. We will let you know if a particularly complex design requires longer.
Yes. Send us the best-quality file you have and we will check it. AI, EPS, SVG or a vector PDF normally gives the cleanest result. If professional redrawing is required, we will explain the available option and cost before proceeding.
